can i choose server in the multiplayer ?? im lagging like hell

im from europe and i have internat issues  wich i dont have in any other online game my ping in most of EU / asia games dosnt pass the 60-70 ping its like i matched up with NA players and like my...

No you cannot but you can try being the host as then you would be the "server" and it would prevent alot of the latency issues for you....as for the other players though...
