Cannot access the Dragon Age Keep

After a long hiatus, I tried to log in today to choose the profile I want to carry into a new game of Dragon Age Inquisition.  I get as far as entering my e-mail and password, then it just says "Oops, an error occurred."  I tried to refresh the page to retry, but I keep getting the same thing.

Pls advise.

    yeah its happening with everyone , i wish itd hurry up its driving me crazy i really want to start a new game ☹️

    yeah I really want to play and I spent all night making sure everything was synced.... I feel ya

    Same thing for Dragon Age Keep.

    Yeah, I had finally gotten this game last week and had just finished my first playthrough, including Trespasser, and when I went to do things for a new game, the things I needed were missing, so I went to check DAK, and it keeps telling me the same error.
