Same problem here.
Yep, nowhere in the email I received.
Well, if the game is showing under "My Games", then right-clicking on it and choosing "Game Details" should show this:
If it does NOT display your game's product code (cd-key), then you'll need to contact the "official" support.

Sounds like you would be having account/code issues.
After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Chat Now", "Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one. (You've already done that!)
The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.
If you select "Chat Now" or "Call Now", be sure you have enough time (at least one hour) to wait before being connected to someone. 😕mileyfrustrated:

I bought it on Origin recently. And also found the product code.
But is it the same code that can be used to register the game on Bioware's site?
I tried but it seems not work.
