Can't reach Skyhold after "In Your Heart Shall Burn" - No Cinematic Sequence

Greetings from Germany. I'll try to communicate here as best as i can with my newbie english skills.

Unfortunately the german forum seems kind of dead. So i'm asking here for help.

That topic in the link explains my Problem. In the end of the talk with Solas in "In Your Heart Shall Burn", the cinematic sequence should be triggered, which leads me to Skyhold. Well, that isn't happening. I'm seeing a complete white screen, nothing's happening. But the game isn't really typical frozen. If i click the left mouse button, i can hear my protagonist doing her fight animations. But that's all of the possible commands. To exit the game i have to use the task manager or alt + F4.

I tryd to load older save files, during and before this main quest. i tryd it with the lowest possible graphic settings. I reinstalled the game several times, used the Origin repair function (like it is said in the link above). I updated my Nvidia driver. Tryd it in offline mod... nothing work's. I'm in the end of my solutions.

If there's anyone out there with a genius masterplan, i would appreciate to know it. Otherwise i guess the only way to help me with this mess is, if someone would try to reach Skyhold with my save file. Here it is:
