Character Record Locked
So I'm well into the Hinterlands, past the tutorial. I'm a few hours in and Character Record is still locked. It does not tell me why. I am playing on Xbox One.

You can buy an item to respec your characters at one of the Haven vendors - try saving the game and buying that to see if it unlocks it?
I'm at work so I can't test it until much later tonight.
I did try that. It still has the character record locked. Thanks for the suggestion though, I wish it had worked.
Any idea if this issue is actually going to be adressed?
- Yo yall, if you have it on the xbox1, enable your kinect commands and yell "character Record" and boom, bypass the lock and you're golden.

Think it'll be worth it to just keep playing this character? Really don't feel like restarting at this point
It'd certainly be interesting as you'd basically be playing a 0 ability points challenge for yourself, but not the way I'd want to experience the game on my first playthrough.
