Computer Turning off When Playing Dragon Age Inquisition Multiplayer

I did not get any message in any case. It simply did nothing.

What error message do you receive? 

I did this and sfc /scannow does not work.

Update, if I may, I want to keep reminding that I have not forgotten about this issue and don't want it to get buried like the last few times. But still, I am busy.

The only error in the DxDiag is a "MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe", the exe that is responsible for updating the MS Edge browser. 

1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: (You can copy and paste the following cursive text.) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth
4. Press ENTER.
5. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
6. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
7. Press ENTER.
8. The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
9. After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
10. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: sfc /scannow
11. Press ENTER.
12. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

If clean installing the driver helped back then I also would repeated  the steps from this post.

So the problem went away for 7 months and returned now? 

Did you changed anything on the PC recently? 

Please post a nwe DxDiag. 

Is it okay if I necro this thread? It just happened to me again when I thought it would stop.

Sorry I didn't reply. I was a bit busy. I will try this and let you know if the crash happens again during gameplay. .
