DA:O how to enable in-game tutorial like in the beginning

I just bought the game few days ago. I created a new character and played the origin story (my first character was a noble human). I was fascinated by the in-depth origin story and more so after realizing that there are a total of six different stories, so I tried every single one of them and got each achievement.

Afterwards, I deleted all my characters and created a new one to start the real grey warden story, but realized something is off. The in-game tutorial that I got in the beginning of my play (the ones like camera control, battle tactics, lores, characters, creatures, etc.) don't appear anymore, and the codex doesn't show them either. Are they only appear in the very first character I created? I want to reenable it so that I can read them later in the codex. How do I reenable it? Choosing the "show plot helpers in all areas" doesn't do. Do I have to do something like deleting the game cache?
