DLC not working through EA Play on Asus Rog Ally

I have game pass ultimate and Ea Play. I have all the DLC downloaded for DAI but the dlc won’t work; I can’t access the black emporium or the chest in the room in haven, I have looked up several walkthroughs but nothing has worked, any help is appreciated greatly.
