Dragon Age 2 not running... sometimes

Hello there, I am having serious problems trying to play DA2 in PC.

Sometimes the game launches at the first time, but most of the time it shows running at the background in the Task Manager, but there is no window open for the game.

Usually, I end the DA2 task on the Task Manager, which launches again the EA app and try again until the game launches, but I haven't found a permanent solution to this.

Any suggestion? tks in advance!

The DA2 errors in your DxDiag are not specific, but there are some graphic system errors that could be significant.

DA2's system requirements state that it does not support Intel integrated graphics processors (iGPUs). While modern iGPUs are fast enough to play the game, Intel's drivers are usually not optimized for gaming.

I would try the latest available driver for your i7-9700 graphics unit, found on this Intel page

    Edit:
For the cloud error,  try to clear your EA app cache, and if that alone don't helps move or delete old saves out of the game(s) "Save" folder. (DA2 save folder: "Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age 2\Characters". But you can also move/delete Saves from other EA games.)

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    2. Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Type you massage > Reply.
  • these are the 2 screens I got every time I try to enter the game.

The first one is a sync error with the cloud, I need to chose the "continue with local saving" option.

The second, is message saying that cloud storage is full, so I need to continue with local data.
