Dragon Age II Steam purchase not accessible on EA app

Hello,

I purchased DA ultimate edition as part of a Steam sale in Dec. I just finished DAO with zero problems on my Steam Deck and want to start DA2. I downloaded the game on my Steam Deck, linked my Steam and EA accounts and tried to play. I am getting a notice when I launch the game that “This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log into a different account or restart the app to try again.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have signed out of the EA app. I’m not sure what else to do.
