@Fred_vdp Unfortunately no, I copied the installers to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age II\bin_ship
When installing, it asks me to install Dragon Age 2

    I'm thinking of deleting the game on Steam and buying ultimate again. Instead of solving the problem (leaving the option of purchasing dlc, or transferring all accounts to ultimate), EA left all customers without support. Typical evil corporation.
