No, the game is only installed through steam. I am attaching a screenshot.

I'm thinking of deleting the game on Steam and buying ultimate again. Instead of solving the problem (leaving the option of purchasing dlc, or transferring all accounts to ultimate), EA left all customers without support. Typical evil corporation.
