Dragon Age Inquisition Black Emporium Freeze

Alrighty. So after going to the war table and trying to venture to the Black Emporium, my game freezes on the loading screen. I've tried to repair the game and go to another location (the Hinterlands) and then tried to go to the Black Emporium and it still freezes. Any suggestions?

Black Emporium doesn't load if you have mods that change the Inquisitor installed.
That said, EA, could you please fix the Black Emporium DLC so it works with mods that modify the Inquisitor? I'm talking about hair, custom complexions, that sort of thing. Because right now I can't use it at all and I'm not willing to experiment a few hours with removing mods just for this piece of content...

Ah, thats most likely the reason. Thanks for the reply I'm not giving up my mods either.

I am having this same problem with the PS4 version (1.12).
When I travel to the Black Emporium it stalls on the loading screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times and the problem persists. Even starting a new game after deleting and reinstalling the content does not change the outcome.

Any help would be appreciated!
