Dragon age inquisition does not launch through epic games

Got Dragon age inquisition game through epic games. When launching the game through epic games the ea app just turns on and nothing happens. Epic games shows the game as running. Tried running both...

Your Windows is a N version, do you have the "Media Feature Pack for Windows N" (Microsoft page) installed?

If not please install it > restart the PC > Test.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

having same issue. and appears to be wanting to find origin. (though only once i ran as admin compat for windows 8) Cant log into origin therefor will not run

Hey, sorry to bother but I really want to try this game, can you please help me,
