Could you post a screenshot of your Windows control panel as well? Does Windows recognize it as a generic controller or as an Xbox controller?

I tried an Xbox 360 controller once that somehow didn't get recognized as an Xinput controller, which this game requires.

I'm not sure what screen that is, but it doesn't say much.

You have to find "Devices and Printers" in Windows. This is under Control Panel > Hardware and Sound.
