Dragon age inquisition PC not recognising controller

I’ve been playing Dragon of age Inquisition on PC with an Xbox one controller since I’ve got it now after a few years I decided to get back on it and finished on PC but for some reason it doesn’t reco...

You could try that, but I doubt it will help.

Something that does miracles now and then is to delete the file ProfileOptions_profile in your save folder (in Documents > BioWare > Dragon Age Inquisition > Save). This resets all your game settings.

I don’t know what happened but for some reason now the game is recognising the controller but I don’t know if that’s gonna last so what I’ll do is for now keep this open until I am 100% sure that this does not happen again plus if anyone else has this problem thay ask on my topic for help rather than creating a new one for the same problem

Sorry for the late reply. I was less active last week and was abroad during the weekend.

There are no real risks of deleting ProfileOptions_profile. All it does is reset all in-game settings (e.g. graphics) to the default.
