Dragon Age Keep - Oops Error on Login

As of 2/12/2025, the keep is down. Same error message, same problem. I tried to restart my computer, log out and log back in, tried it on Edge and Safari; tried it on my phone's Chrome browser, and my husband tried it on his computer, too. No luck. Where can I go to report this?

I'm getting this same error now. Tried it a few times. 

My old account and world state was corrupted somehow, I got it to work by creating a new temp account. Thanks for the advice, friends, I can create new cannons events again!

yes, i don't know what else to do at this point, I really want to update my world state [removed] .😃

Hey, @madzilla84 If it happens again let us know. We have to get that reported. The Keep support is limited so it can take time for anyone to actually get to it with DA: TV on the way!

That's good to know - I'd tried it over a few days and gotten the same error, but it now seems to be working. I did just want to check if it was server side/something other people were getting, or if it could potentially be an issue with my profile, as I've had a few corrupted saves recently. Many thanks!
