Dragon Age Keep import & Golden Nug issues [solution PC/PS4 only]

My new world states won't export to DAI!!!! it only started happened around 2 am , but yesterday night i was able to export world states. I have tried all the possible fixes on the forums  for the game and nothing has worked. It doesn't make sense to how I could the night before  but a few hours later I couldn't. 

P.S. I contacted EA help and they said it could be a keep problem again and they are investigating the problem now.
