I am so glad I found this thread. I've recently reinstalled DAI and I was beginning to be paranoid that somehow i did it all wrong, even if I've double checked my account, made sure that everything is right with the keep tapestry and even signing in and out of DAI a couple of times to make sure that everything is right. I've even tried a EA troubleshooting guide and nothing worked, I was beginning to believe that something may be wrong with my windows. Now that I read that I'm not the only person with this problem i can say I won't be reinstalling my windows. I just hope that EA will look into this problem and try to fix it as soon as possible.
Nah don't worry I reinstall the game yesterday and it doesn't work either, so it's a problem from EA not you
