Sorry to Necro the thread. After the last patch (1.05), my Return to Ostagar isn't showing in the game either. Problem is, I checked this thread and as a result downloaded the "Offer" portion (which I didn't have for Stone Prisoner, but Stone Prisoner still worked) and it still didn't show up in the game. I can't access Bann Loren's Lands, but I still have the shield from having completed the DLC in the past.
