I've been having the same issue as omnilicious -- Return to Ostagar DLC is registered as being installed successfully (and I did use the suggestions listed earlier in this thread, which solved a different problem I was having), however Bann Loren's Lands are not showing in the ingame map.
I've gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling everything, but no dice. On the off chance it was a game version error, I tried updating the game version manually, which resulted in the launcher being unable to read the file and registering the game as corrupted -- don't try this tactic at home, kids! I'm guessing there's a bit of code to generate the location that's either missing or not being read properly.
