Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition PC / PS3 / X-Box 360

  I have brought Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition PC / PS3 / X-Box 360 an click on Sign In to Dragon Age Severs an I have got this message " Unable to access your online profile storage. The account information provided may be invalid.

  When the Account information is correct an I have no clue what is going on. But I do need help to get this to work again...

  • HI @Swat8422 Thanks for the update, Theirs a few reasons why this can pop up. You should still be able to download and play the game and additional content.

    For the error itself can you try resetting your password at help.ea.com and changing your Persona name to be shorter then see if this continues?

    @Swat8422 To confirm Did you purchase the game on all three platforms and get this issue, or which platform are you trying to play on?

    I'm having the exact same issue accessing DA:O via Xbox GamePass on PC. While I can log into ea just fine, in game it says my credentials aren't any good. and when you click the link for I forgot my password, it takes you to a page that no longer exists.

  • It looks like using a 'simple' password fixes the issue. I.e. don't use a password with symbols in it, which goes against every password policy I've run into for quite some time. So anyway, alphanumeric it is for now...

    @Boce To confirm did updating your PW resolve your issue, or are you running into the message OP is getting?

  • here is what it is doing and the message i have been getting for a year now.  (i think that it has going on for several years now with out being noticed.) i have a Xbox one with dragon age ultimate edition.

    I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game putting it on the Xbox one internal hard drive to get it to acknowledge and allow access to the dlcs i am running the game with the disk that has the dlcs on it in my Xbox one system. (note this only works with Xbox one and Xbox 360) I figured that out on my own on the dlcs with out any help. note if any one runs the game from EA streaming  version on Xbox one the dlcs will not acknowledge and allow access to the dlcs that it self is also a major bug that EA needs to fix . The fact that it is not allowing the game to connect to dragons keep is still a major problem for any thing i achieve in the game to be recorded to dragons keep. I still want the problem with the game not being allowed to connect to dragons keep form the Xbox to be fixed it not connecting to dragons keep is a major bug in my very own option.
