Error messages

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue. I've googled it, read forums, uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted files, repaired files, even the live chat.. Nothing has fixed this error, and the live chat was no help either. Can anyone help me? The error message when I tried to install was:

Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (-2114715647)

Have you tried running the VC++ redistributable included in the install folder?
Go to where you installed the game, open the folder _Installer, then the folder vc, and in there are various versions of the VC++ redistributable. You can try installing those, starting with the most recent version.

I can't install it.. that's the message I get when I try to.
It did download though.. So I'll see if I can try it..

It could be that you are using a 32 bit operating system. The included files are for a 64 bit operating system I think.You would have to download that from Microsoft's site most likely (the x86 version).
Otherwise, you might need to do a clean install, meaning you have to uninstall the files and restart your system, then install the files. Just make sure not to delete all the versions on your computer, only the one you are going to reinstall.
