Exalted Plains missing one Region. 20/21 Regions :(

The missing area believe it or not is the Danish Encampment! I have been there several times as I am sure So has everyone else.
IT finally triggered, with me approaching along the Riverbank from the Shrine. I took a different direction when I first found it and always fast traveled after that.
