Game Code entered into Redeem Code tag in error.

Hi Folks,

Attempted to install Inquisition 2 days ago. Had some password problems which were resolved. I then inadvertently entered the product registration code into the 'Redeem Code"tag in my Origin account. When I got back to the disc install the code was not eccepted as it had allready been used. The game does not appear under My Games in my Origin account. . Your assistance would be much appreciated.
