game keeps crashing during during menu load on xbox one

i have just bought dragon age inquisition the delux package through the microsft store on the xbox one, was playing fine at the start then after 3 hours when i died the screen during the loading process froze i then restarted the game and now when i go and press continue in the menu are it freezes after a few seconds. iv gone and uninstalled and reinstalled this game but keep coming up with the same problem, please look into this as soon as you can because its such a shame to allow someone to spend quite a bit of money on a game and not even allow them to play it.
