Yeah, I updated DAI and it says that it's ready to play, but lo and behold, when I try to play it tells me to update. I've resetted my computer, logged in and out of Origin and the issue persists.

Have you tried repairing your game? Just right-click on the game icon and select "Repair Game"
I am also having this issue. I have tried repairing the game, as well as performing a full reinstall, but nothing seems to help.
Same problem. I installed the patch (PC), and when I try to load my current game, it says: "This save data was created with a newer version of the game. Please download the latest patch and try again."
The only way I was able to get my game to load was to go back to a much older save point, losing over FIFTY HOURS of progress if I play from that point. I've already repaired it three times, with the same result. I'm incredibly frustrated -- please tell us how to fix this. Thanks in advance for your help!
At the risk of asking a silly question, if I do a full reinstall, will I lose all of my current progress and have to start over? I do have my game configured to save to the cloud, but I'm concerned that even if I reinstall I'll get the same message that I have to update when I already have the latest patch. I currently have over 220 hours on this play through and really don't want to have to start over from scratch.
Any update on this issue? I installed the Black Emporium DLC just fine, but still can't get my latest saves to load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
