Gauntlet bug: Speaking to the spirit of the past camera bug and cant pass it.

During the quest line of the Urn of sacred ashes in the Gauntlet, speaking to Teryn cousland. The camera is on the ground and cant see whats going on the audio is there but after the conversation i cant get pass the spirit of the past therefore i cant finish the quest.

I need help fixing this bug please!!!1

Do you have any mods installed?

The first thing to try is to repair the game. If you have it installed in Origin, right click the game and select the 'repair game' option.
