Hit Box issue?

Hey guys,

I don't know why but for any reason my 2 Hand/Reaver Inquisitor and my Tank Cassandra don't do meele attacks on big targets anymore.

I control my Inquisitor directly without tactical camera and make my meele attacks manualy. That works properly.

Usualy Cassanrda does attack. She does it still but only on small Targets. When I attack a Dragon or a Giant she just stands there and uses her abilities but don't hit them.

That's pretty bad then she ganis stamina for hitting them so... When I go in tactical camera my Inquisitor does the same.

I'm fighting Vinsomer at the moment and they're literally just running around him.

Can Somebody help me with this problem or is this a known bug?

Ps: I already checked and changed the bahavior but it sems not to work here.

Sorry for my bad english. Thanks to everybody who can help me.

Greetings from Germany

Cyberes

Edit:

If I give the attack command manualy over the tactical view and switch back then it works. But why?

  • Regarding behaviours, make sure the tank is set to follow him/herself, not defend, and AI must be turned on. If the tank follows you, I don't think they will attack all the time, especially if you are not attacking.

In my games I set all companions to follow the tank, and the tank to follow themself, and they fight just fine. I also directly control my character, and turn off AI on my character.

I think assigning a task in tactical mode overrides default behaviors, that is why the AI will attack when you do that.

  • I don't think it's a behavior problem. Like I wrote in my first post I checked them and they're like yours.

But I recognized if I give the attack command directly, press Z and switch to tactical i can see that everybody of the group has the the command "attack". If give it the attack command over tactital everbody has the command "standard attack". And I think that's the point. With the command "attack" Meeles don't attack with the command "standard attack" they do.

Ah, I see. I never give commands to my companions, I just let them fight however the AI decides. I don't select targets unless its a large battle and then I do so through the tactical mode.

Given how awkwardly the hold command functions, and that the companions constantly try to re-engage enemies after you tell them to ignore combat, I'm not surprised the attack command is also broken. You should probably just ignore your companions and let them fight unless you are issues orders using the tactical camera.
