It certainly doesn't work like Dragon Age: Origins, which was great for tactical positioning, so I consider Hold Position BROKEN.
If it's intended behavior, then what exactly is the point of a tactical camera if you cripple tactical positioning? Range equipped characters run up to melee range and take damage/die.
These kind of game problems are not always reported by reviewers either.
And it's almost pointless to report problems to EA because they don't get fixed.
