I play on PC, so things are will be a little different....
However, go into your inventory screen, in game, and scroll down the list of categories,
and check each one to see if any other items are in them.

If you pre-ordered the deluxe package you should have the following DLC in your games add-ons and Bonuses list
In the origin app.
1.) Dragon Age - Deluxe Content
2.) Dragon Age : Inquisition Official Game Soundtrack
3.)Flames of the Inquisition Armor
4.)Dragon Age: Inquisition - Destruction Multiplayer Expansion
5.) (may be different for you) Dragon Age: Inquisition - English Voice Over Pack
6.) Flames of the Inquisition Weapons
7.) (if you've purchased it) Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon
8.) Flames of the Inquisition Armored Mount
Make sure all items are installed. do a game repair, then relaunch the game, and go back into the shed you woke up in, in haven, and see if the other items are there, or check your inventory again.
If this still doesn't work, i'm not sure how to do it on your platform, but on PC you can delete your origin cache files and re-verify your installed games.
Try relaunching and checking for the items ingame again.
If this still doesn't work create a support ticket, and have someone call you.
