I can't find the Scattered Glyph operation/quest on my war table?

I've finished the quest but I can't find the option to investigate them on my war table in the Exalted Plains area.

I don’t remember, but I’m pretty sure I went to the exalted plains and found one.

Did you ever figure this out. I'm doing another play through and I'm having the exact same issue.
