I redeemed my code but my points balance is zero

I just redeemed my dragon age origins ultimate edition using the redeem code and then I entered the game and went to downloaded content but I found my point balance zero and I tried to refresh but nothing happened so I exited the game and tried again a couple of hours later, and I found my point balance instead of being zero, it displayed this shape -- so I thought maybe it worked so I choose warden keep and when I clicked on buy it told me can not connect to dragon age server now, dragon age server is unavailable please try again later. I have no idea what this means so if anyone knows what the problem please tell me and is there anything I can do to fix it or I just have to wait till the server comes back online.

Sorry to ask, but what did you expect your point balance to be after redeeming your game code? From my understanding, you have redeemed the serial code that unlocks the game and the DLCs, but that should not credit your bioware account from any point.
