Inqisition has only default world state available

PC. Dragon Age Keep itself synchronized just fine, account logged in, internet is fine. But there is no option to transfer world state then starting a new game. Restarting game/pc/launcher/keep or al...

I'm having this problem too. I made a fresh new world state in the Keep, made sure to lock and export it, and when I run Inquisition, it doesn't sync with the Keep at all. Default world state only. Even if Inquisition stays technically playable, what the hell even is Dragon Age without player choices and customization?

Yeah this was why I'd have prefered an offline keep to import into DAI but until we get one this online thing is all w ehave really
