Invalid Serial Number for "Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition" DVD version

Hi, I recently purchased a boxed copy of DA:O from the local "Game" store. When I started the installer it asked for a 20 digit serial code (5x4). At the back of the manual I found a 16 digit code (4x4) and entered it, but it wasn't accepted. In addition the box also contains a "UNLOCK ALL ADDITIONAL CONTENT PACKS" leaf which also contains a 16 digit code (it didn't work either). I attempted redeeming the codes in  the Origin client, both turned out to be "Feastday Packs", which I presume are the DLC-s rather than the core game. I looked trough the manual and checked the 2 DVD but I could not find other keys. Thanks.

  • I've have heard of this recently with the retail disc PC version.

(Seems to be limited to a certain retailer's stock...)

Only  "official support" by a Game Advisor can resolve this.

Contact them through the Help Center.

Be sure to have enough time (at least one hour) to wait before being connected to someone.  😕mileyfrustrated:
