Is it possible to obtain Dragon Age: Origins and 2 DLCs on EA app

I know that Dragon Age: Origins and DA2 DLCs were made free after removing BioWare points in 2022. Everywhere I searched I found that to get them I would have to purchase them in Origin Launcher in Extra Content tab. Unfortunatly Origin Servers were shut down a month ago. Can I somehow obtain them for free on EA app? I have standard editions of both games on EA app. 

I know that it is possible to download some of them from this page "https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/dlc-for-classic-games/#dragonage", but as far as I know there should be more, for example the HD texture pack for DA2 and Awakening for DA:O. Is buying whole games again from EA app store really the only way to get those DLCs to show in the launcher?
