Kaltenzahn not dying
Spent ages trying to kill this guy in Emprise and when I finally do, he gets stuck on death animation!
I'm on PC.

It sounds like a phase failed to trigger. It sounds like the only real way forward is to reload a save from before the fight, sorry.
