Have the same problem, tried the proposed "clean reboot" solution, did not work.
Community Admin@alhunghunghung Have you specifically downloaded from Amazon too? Perhaps if you set UAC to always notify it may help. When you get the notification be sure to let it work.

If not, I'm not too sure how to troubleshoot the Amazon installer, but the next step I'd take would be to try running it as an administrator.
