This is still a big problem. When can we expect a resolution? It's a guaranteed wipe when it happens. I've seen people kick Reavers just on the chance of this happening. In my opinion it's the worst bug I've seen.
I also managed to get the bug without getting downed. I've been playing Reaver for over 20 hours now and I can say I can run threatening both solo and with multiple people without getting downed. I do get the bug every now and then though. And indeed, once you get it the team wiped since the reaver can carry a lot of weight damagewise.
PLEASE fix this asap. Reaver is unplayable atm and I feel terrible when I'm the cause of our wipe.
