New Bars above abilities

I got these 3 bars above my skills now and from the pic I'm linking you can see one is full up ...what I want to know is what are these bars for? and how do I fill up the other two? http://i.imgur.c...

i think those might be focus bars, there are 3 tiers of focus, tier 2 and 3 need to be unlocked through inqusition perks. Each prestige class has 1 special focus ability that can be used when focus bars are full (ability has 3 tiers of effect strengths, activating ability where 3 bars are full wil triger tier 3, 2 full bars tier , 1 full bar tier 1, i guess).

Yea I figured that out when I accidentally clicked on my "inquisitor" ability and saw the bar disappear. Thx though for clarifying this 🙂
