NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

Same thing too. I have an Asus G750JM with 860m graphics card. 

Fullscreen mode obviously is windowed(top and bottom bars are visible), windowed mode works as expected and windowed fullscreen looks like it is standard fullscreen(no bars). I benchmarked it and the fullscreen mode runs a bit better(+6 fps) than windowed fullscreen, so my theory that they were just mislabeled is very unlikely

Also, many of the conversation scenes, the camera is pointed at my characters chest, not his face. No, he's not a buxom lady, he's a pretty ugly dwarf.
