Yes, also having horrific stuttering and freezing on PC after installing the patch. Game is suddenly unplayable. Up to this point it's been 50 hours of smooth sailing on medium or high settings. I've tried launching with and without Origin overlay, with and without Origin online, rolling back my Nvidia drivers, lowering all my graphics settings, launching the game in admin mode, and giving the process higher priority. The latter seemed to maybe help a teeny bit.
I do have the graphics workaround active and it's correctly matched to my mesh settings in-game.
