Community Manager@thebigguy09876 I took a look at the account. I do not see that your account owns Dragon Age Inquisition. I can see a handful of owned DLC but no base game.
When and where was the base game purchased? Was it from the EA app, Steam, Epic or a third-party retailer?
Where was the game redeemed?
Can you think of any other accounts that would have logged in to play the game?
Was the game played through EA Play?
was redeemed through epic. however i have tried to launch it from the ea launcher and it shows up as one of my games. no other accounts
