PS4 Wicked Eyes and Hearts - after quest can no longer change equipment

Since completing this quest I can no longer change armour or weapons, I get the Changing Equpiment is currently disabled message. Please help. I've spent hours mucking around at sky hold, I really don't want to have to reload to an earlier save.
