Yes, problem is happening everywhere in the game, where inquisitor has some speech during gameplay (when he/she says something about quest progression or examination of something) . Normal dialogues and cutscenes are fine. It is noticeable only when helmets are turned off so maybe others did not noticed this little glitch unless turn around the camera to look at character face.
Problem persisted after i "repaired" the game. As I mentioned, I even reinstalled it completely. So it looks like it is problem in the game itself, or maybe grapic drivers can cause it? Which does not make sense to me.
When I played this game long time ago and dont remember having this problem before, even though i played without helmets and often zoomed in character when he had these speeches as im doing now
You can try to reproduce the glitch in your game, maybe you has it too and dont know about it🙂
. Just try any quest where the inquisitor has some remark about and check his/her face. These remarks are pretty often.
PS: this video I found also shows the problem, so it obviously is not only on my side.

The grimace is more obvious on smallish elven character Im playing now than on a quinari. but it is the same glitched eye focus.
Checked another youtube video from other player and also saw that his character turning head slightly upward during gameplay monologues althought he probably did not noticed it.
