If you have a AMD or Intel GPU go here > Download PhysX > Install > Restart the PC > Test

If you have a NVIDIA GPU and you have the latest driver installed, go here > Download PhysX > Install > Restart the PC > Test.

If that don't helps, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Thanks so much for actually reading my response to your first message and explaining the difference between the two potential things seeing how when I clicked both links the only difference was one was in a different language than the other. That was extremely helpful. Thankfully, it seems I was just dumb, the nivida thing I posted in my starter post worked I just didn't restart my laptop like a dummy. That's on me.
