I think Fred's on the right track here. Just in case it's related to graphics drivers (I doubt it, any problems would probably be much more overt) it might be worth checking for updates too. 

Just remember that some appearance mods can make the Black Emporium crash if you use the mirror (others don't show up, such as some hair meshes which don't include textures). It looks like you're using a hair mod, hence the warning. 😉 

I have tried using the black emporium but it doesn't show the eyes glitching once I'm in the editing screen.

The glitching has happened on a previous file before I used mods so I don't believe that is the problem
