Re: [Xbox] Dragon Age Inquisition crashing On Launch

There is nothing that works, I did every workaround EA suggested. I even tried turning off the Xbox mid loading screen and that got me to the start screen but it still crashes and I can’t play the game. I have the Digital and Physical copy of the game and NEITHER work. I don’t understand paying $60-$70 for a game and it doesn’t work even a digital copy. Let alone a game for the 360 will load without issue but I can’t load an XBOX one game. This is super frustrating and so many people are clearly having this problem with 0 resolution. I just want to play a game i purchased and it only crashes. Can’t get past the start screen. Please fix these issues and the corrupt file. If uninstalled and re installed the game several times. I change the Internet connections and followed all the instruction to the T and the game is still down. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!! Tried to upload a video of my issue but file is too big. It’s just very very disappointing.

    @ZekeD123 I let the team know about it. I had a few players who deleted the save data within the Xbox settings and were able to get in so it may not be the actual game but corrupted save data for the game. Did you go into the Xbox settings and delete the saved data from the console and the 360 option as well?

    @EA_Shepard I have the same problem. I deleted all save data. Didn't work. Completely removed the game, reinstalled without getting old save data back and it still crashes as soon as the EA logo appears. You can get past that by restarting or logging out of your Xbox account. Then the game will ask you to log back in and you can get to the start menu of the game. But once it tries to connect to the EA servers it crashes again. Super frustrating... I wanted to play this game to get back into Dragon Age as a jump off point to Veilguard...

    I’ve had my game crash like the others.  Did all the deleting EA told me to do but it didn’t work. So i tried loading it offline and it worked. To get online you have to turn it back on before hitting menu button. The launch problem is either a dragon age server issue when you go online. Doubt they’ll clean it up.

    Honestly its probably something to do with veilguard coming out. I cant even get it to start with the resume thing. Idk what to do anymore I'll probably just get a refund.

    I can tell you it's not the save file. I have been having the same problems on both my xbox one and on my x. I tried deleting all my saves and starting a new save and it STILL CRASHES not even 5 seconds into designing a new character. With the new Veilguard coming out soon, there are a lot of people who are going to be very upset that they can't play through the series in preparation. I know I am.
