Requisition Quest Restart Bug

I have the same issue.  After turning in the requisition quests, they restart or pop up again as if I never turned them in.  This happened to me on the quest where the woman asks for herbs in the Hinterlands and the dwarven puzzle box requisition quest.  It's really annoying.

Edit: Perhaps these quests are supposed to be repeatable?  Some repeat (like above) while other requisition quests do not, and this leads me to believe that it is a bug.  The dwarven puzzle box is a repeat, but I cannot repeat the first one - Requisition for Weapons.

Just to clarify, it's not a case of the quest repeating, it's simply that the quest is not completing like it should even when the requisition is fulfilled.

Instead, after crafting the requisition, the requisition cannot be crafted again, while the quest will remain stuck in the quest log.

You're right.  The quests do not properly show up in the journal as being completed.

Same here, can we get a response on this, im a completist,  and there no way im restarting before i handed this quest in, i dont want this in my journal the rest of the game.

I've had this problem on my X360 now in around a half-dozen regions: you get the ReqOff quest, ytou complete it (sometimes right away, since often they want stuff you already have), you go to the Req Table and "craft" the "report" or whatever. Now I get a completion, and the reward (which is usually a point or two of power). So far, so good. But the next time you talk to the ReqOff, they will give you the same Req again! Presumably, if you had the patience to grind these things out, you could exploit this to accumulate disproportionate amounts of power! :-)

I first encountered this with the boat Req on the Storm Coast, but I had it also in the Mire, the Western Approaches, and thr Forbidden Oasis: I'm pretty sure I had it in the Hinterlands as well, though there it took me quite a long time to fulfill it the first time. And when I got the three successive cure quests from the doctor in Redcliffe, I was sure it was happeneing again, until I noticed it was three slightly different quests with different ingredients.

Requisitions are infinitely repeatable, just stop talking to the requisition officer if you dont need them
