But does it actually connect? In the bottom left corner at the main menu, do you only have the shortcut to Dragon Age Keep or is there also a "Log In"?
At the main menu in Options -> Account, do you have the "Always log me in" selected? If so, you could try unselecting it and then clicking "Log In" at the main menu (in the bottom left corner). If that doesn't work - there might be something wrong with your internet connection.
Though that gives me a thought - do you play with Origin in offline mode? If so, changing that may help, I've never played in offline so I can't be sure if it prevents from connecting to the servers.
yeah, i've tried all of these things but it still won't show up :/ it wouldn't show up anywhere other than the undercroft at skyhold, would it? or do i need to be at a certain level before it will show up?
No, there's no level requirement. The items should be in the special chest in the undercroft. I'm afraid I'm out of ideas :/

@RAGNAR_PA Are you trying to buy it through Origin on PC? What happens when you try. Sometimes Origin can go a bit weird and needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled, which is easy enough to do (your games won't be affected). You can download the most recent version of Origin here. Alternatively, you can try buying it from the Origin store online instead of through the Origin application.
